Terms and Conditions
Limitations and Disclaimer:
Nuhealth Placenta Encapsulation specialists are not licensed medical professionals and do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any health condition. Our services and fees are solely for the preparation and encapsulation of your placenta, not for the sale of the pills. While many benefits are supported by evidence-based research, none have been evaluated or approved by the FDA. Specific benefits or effects cannot be guaranteed as they vary from person to person.
Client Responsibility:
It is your responsibility to inform Nuhealth Placenta Encapsulation when you go into labor and again promptly after the birth to arrange for the transfer of your placenta to Nuhealth Placenta Encapsulation. Improperly handled placentas can spoil, and all placenta work is undertaken at your own risk. You acknowledge that the act of ingesting placenta in any form has not been FDA tested or approved, and you assume this risk. By using our services, you release Nuhealth Placenta Encapsulation (Angela Thomas and associates) and its representatives from any liability.
Placenta Handling:
You must discuss the release of your placenta with your primary healthcare provider and birthing facility. The placenta may remain at room temperature for 3-4 hours post-birth. After this period, or as soon as possible, it should be refrigerated or placed on ice.
Medical Conditions:
You certify that you have never been diagnosed with and currently do not have any of the following diseases: HIV, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or Ebola. For safety reasons, Nuhealth Placenta Encapsulation cannot process your placenta if you have had any of these blood-borne diseases.
Acknowledgement:
By purchasing this placenta encapsulation kit, you affirm that all information provided is accurate and true.
